Refund policy

Free 30-day returns
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return, and return shipping is free: we email you a prepaid return label at no cost.

What can be returned
Watches must be unworn, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. Watches bought with the His & Hers pair saving or with a discount code are returnable on the same terms. If you return one watch from a pair, we refund the amount you paid for that watch after the saving.

How to start a return
Email support@ravelune.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we'll email you a free prepaid return shipping label to download and print, with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns are sent to: 473 Mundet Place, Hillside, New Jersey 07205, United States. Please contact us before sending anything back, as parcels sent without an approved return can't be accepted.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item
Please check your order when it arrives. If a watch is faulty, damaged in transit, or not the one you ordered, email us straight away at support@ravelune.com with a photo and your order number, and we'll make it right.

Not returnable
Watches that have been worn, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging, and gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get a different style is to return the watch you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the one you want.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you also have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification, on the same condition and packaging terms as above.

Refunds
We'll let you know once we've received and inspected your return, and whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to show it. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at support@ravelune.com.
